"I had State farm until October 2025. I called and cancelled my policy. When I told them I wanted everything cancelled they said they would do that. But 9 months later I was still getting billed $10 a month for some random hospital policy that I never selected. So I asked for a refund and they said I couldn't get a refund. Very shady business. I mean car insurance is already a scam but way to make it more of a scam."

"I had the best sales agent I’ve ever done business with. He is kind understanding he explains everything is polite. I can understand every word that comes out of his mouth, which is very rare and he was just a really hopeful and kind person so much so that my daughter just bought a new car and she is paying a lot more for Insurance and I’m gonna have her talk to him because of him I will stay with whatever companies you can get me. I will always have him do my insurance, thank you for hiring somebody who is able to speak correctly. And have great phone adequate and help clarify any questions without any attitude just a great sales person. You have a wonderful sales person here and I hope that I’m able to continue to get insurance from him, but like I said, I’m actually gonna have my daughter go Through him to get insurance and I will recommend him to everybody at my work and then you’re my friends that are overpaying on their car insurance thank you so much"

"What a great experience with Matt Hodge at State Farm. Ask for him by name. I am an idiot when it comes to insurance and never thought I would get it through State Farm, (because I thought they were not taking new FL customers). Wrong!
