"I cannot handle personal affairs,no matter how small, on my work time. Because of that I had to attempt to renew my auto insurance on a Saturday. Even though State Farm is closed on Saturdays, Jenna responded to my quote inquiry, followed through, & handled everything. I was able to get a better price, & better coverage deductibles. "Buyer beware. Your policy may not be what you think. This agent sold me a policy for my rv that covered nothing. Unfortunately I had the opportunity 3 weeks after signing up for what I thought was a great deal to file a total loss claim. Apparently rv insurance doesn't cover anything in the RV and comprehensive insurance doesn't cover anything unless you were negligent. Don't trust this agent. Find one who actually cares about their customers. One who perhaps will disclose what the policy covers and does not negate pertinent information just to make a policy look attractive. It also appears that negative reviews are being removed from the listing."
